The service is back to stable, and we are monitoring the results. We have identified and mitigated a network stability / latency issue at our french infrastructure provider that has impacted the availability and performance of some customer portals in the EU-3 zone.

A maintenance operation has impacted some infrastructure components causing the disruption of some customer environments. Faulty components have been restarted. The service is back on the impacted environments. Investigation is still in progress to understand the root cause of this issue.
