Impact: The incident affected the 'ME-1' zone, rendering domains unreachable and all services within that zone down. Contributing factors: The root cause was identified as a network outage in the Oracle 'me-1' region. Remediation: Partial service restoration occurred around 08:18 UTC with further stabilization by 08:34 UTC. The incident was resolved by Oracle at 09:04 UTC.

The time change in France on Saturday night caused an error in the calculation of the launch times for publications scheduled every minute, which were only triggered every hour. We have restored full functionality and are now investigating the specific cause of the disfunction to prevent it from happening again during the next time change.
